Always great to read with the kiddos. Strangely, I felt like this volume did a poorer job summarizing some of the more lengthy chapters. We’re taking pages of one huge paragraph without breaks. As an adult, I understand it. But it is really hard for my three year old to sit though those pages. I wish it was a little more abridged.

There's a depiction of idol worship, which involved the sacrificing of one's offspring to the fires of Molech. My daughters were very concerned over that. Sadly, there's a different mode of infanticide which is practiced in the world today.
