I just finished reading this book and I don't think there will be any sleep for me for a while. This was very scary towards the end.

Love this type of gothic mystery! Read it in one sitting.

I've gone back in time to read an author whose books I always enjoyed in the past. The Hour Before Midnight is told from multiple points of view (which I usually don't like), but was done in such a way that the story still had a good flow. And although I knew "who dunnit" about half-way through, the book was still engaging enough to keep me entertained until the end.
