I don't think this was a bad book. I think I just have a problem with raw food recipes in general. Too many dishes either require dehydration or a food processor. Other dishes are too simple that they don't seem worth the time to prepare them and Im definitely not wasting time and money creating a salad dressing. I like the tips and healthy eating information in this book. I just think it is better for someone who already eats raw. I don't know anyone who is going to go to the store to buy random expensive ingredients then spend 20 minutes on a salad dressing when you can just pick up a bottle from the store.
This book had to many recipes that called for other recipes that took longer to make. I also did not like how they added more ingredients to the pictures to make it look better than it probably really is.
