I have had this book for many, many years and it’s been a long time since I’ve read it. My job requires me to complete 40 hours of training a year for development so I thought this book would be a good place to start for 2025. I’m glad I reread it. While some things don’t hold up in 2025 from 2006, I found most of the book to still be very present in the workplace of today - especially for those of us without executive titles. Focusing on the little l of leadership is something we all could have some takeaways from. I would recommend this book to all levels of leadership.
