Nothing groundbreaking, really. Lots of common sense advice in this book structured like a sort of index of anti-patterns. Being written more than 10 years ago, doesn't take into account agile methodologies in software development, which come with an entirely new (and vast) set of anti-patterns to ... experience and ... enjoy.
