There is a lot of wisdom in this book. Part of learning not to do too much is learning to take enough time to absorb some of this wisdom. One page in particular stayed with me enough that I have remembered the concept even if I didn't remember the source. The book is arranged as a one page a day format. From May 24th: "I will let a natural rhythm become my metronome today. I will not rush head long and empty-headed into every task at hand."
