This was a really good textbook. It was written in a manner that my children were able to learn a bunch, while at the same time, teaching me a few things that I did not ever learn in my geology classes. I also appreciated the experiments, and worksheets included in the book. More than anything, I loved the connections to the Bible and the fact that evolutionist ideas are compared to Biblical ideas.

A fun and thorough overview curriculum for elementary students that covers geology. The complete package includes a teacher book, student text and CD/ DVD with worksheets and tests. Labs require some effort, but are generally attainable at home. An enjoyable journey of exploration for all. Recommended.
