Only a quarter of the way through and I find my self nodding furiously in agreement with the many storied anecdotes illustrating situations that can occur during the hopscotch dance that is agile user experience design.

I learned a ton from this book, and think it provides a great overview of several of the more popular Agile methods. From there, the recommendations for embedding in a team or even just taking some Agile concepts and using them for a UX team are realistic, and something that I hope to bring to my job.
