Mr. Ashby did a wonderful job pointing out the mistakes of western yoga practitioners in this book. The glyph by Gardner means one thing but in this book these were positions of deities and how people prayed to them and the times(if you understand this kinda thing :)

Informative read

I really enjoyed this book, along with others by Dr. Ashby that I’ve read. It gives a great background and breakdown of the philosophy of Kemetic Yoga.
