an excellent little book on leadership from excellent leaders.. nothing out of the ordinary but a lot of little gems from first-hand experience is worth the read for sure

Lessons Learned, Leading by Example is a fantastic book for all. Coming from more of a business standpoint, this book truly offers you a wide variety of personal experiences from major business executives, that have the ability to propel you to the top. Learning how to lead by example is a prized possession, both in business and in life. No matter the route the readers chooses in life, weather a business path or not, the lessons learned in this book can change ones perspective on life. With a variety of personal experiences from successful businessmen and businesswomen, the reader is gifted personal insight from the top dogs, simply learning from the best. I would recommend this small, to the point book to all who desire to become a strong leader, weather in athletics, business, or life. A great easy read!

I've not read this book. Looking at its popularity and its rating, I guess this is not a very good book. However, I really like the title and the idea of "leading by example".

Good book. Pretty standard advice on leading. I like the emphasis the book puts on leading, rather than managing people.
