I was given a copy of this book.

What did I like?
Interesting tie of past to future (futuristic spin-off from Chosen Wars). There was good setup for the subsequent books. I'm interested to see where this story goes.

Would I recommend this to a friend?
I'm looking forward to more from this series.

I thought this was a fun read. With the main character tenacity and gumption, this was something I will be reading again...as soon as the second one becomes available. Have to see where the story goes from here.
