this is one of the most exquisitely photographed, styled, edited, and obviously one of the best collections of recipes ever! everything in here would be the hit of the party, and she explains recipes in a very clear, calm manner :) Lily Vanilli

This book is amazing!

First of all its such a beautiful book full of great pics. Secondly I love the scientific approach and breaking down role of ingredients. Thirdly- great recipes, she also encourages to learn the basics and after experiment with our own ideas and preferences. Great idea for glass/candy shards, chapter with the basics like buttercreams, coulis, ganache, inspirational pictures how to decorate your cake, amazing explanation for sponge cakes and pastry dough- if something went wrong- she explains why.

Its great book, full of tips, knowledge and of course delicious recipees!

I made red velvet, bakewells, frangipane, watermelonade, redcurrant friands, many buttercreams and brownies and every recipe turned out perfectly. My favourite baking book.
