2nd course completed of my Mgmt Cert! If I have to do this much reading for a class, I’m adding the damn textbook to my Goodreads. Lol!

I actually found this book incredibly helpful. I don't have any management experience, so this provided a really good starting point for me. It covered lots of different areas of management, and I can see myself referring back to this book in the future.
