I liked Beneath, but it didn't reach out and grab my attention. The story line wasn't as engaging as I'd hoped, and some of the dialogue was a bit stilted. Young adult books are for a younger generation, but I believe when well-written adults of any age can enjoy the story. With a little more polish and stronger dialogue, I'd be interested to see where the next book goes.

While I thought the plot was interesting sadly I was not that investing in the story line. While it may not be my cup of tea it may be yours so don't rule this book out just based upon my review.
