Down in the Bottom of the Bottom of the Box

Welcome to the world of JonArno Lawson, where sound rules supreme. It's a bizarre world, where wolves live on the moon, bears inhabit the sun and bleating lambs get stuck in traffic jams. Here Sleeping Beauty is an insomniac, Little Red Riding Hood is a wolf and Snow White just needed a friend to tell her to be wary of strangers.

The cutout art in this collection is beautiful; although, I didn't get on with a lot of the poems. They're very whimsical, rhyme and sound based, which just isn't my thing. I would definitely recommend it to people who like that style.

A book of surreal poems with paper cuts of artist Alec Dempster. A whimsical read.

Over all the poems were whimsical and meaningful. I'm sure they were written with a younger audience then myself in mind, but I enjoyed it a lot.
