An interesting history of beer brewed in the PNW before/during Prohibition, but as a person trying to trace their archival footprint, this book is kind of a nightmare. For instance, it has pictures without attribution, and the back just names larger newspapers and historical societies they consulted without marking which materials they got from where, or what days/titles of newspaper articles they used, etc. So yes, it's a meticulously-researched history; I just wish their sources were more transparent.
