Ok, I'm having mixed feelings about this one... So I'll break it down to a pros and cons list.
On the Pro side: The sex is hot! ;) The characters are believable and well written. The plot was pretty well developed (for being a shorter book) and the story moved pretty smoothly. There was a lovable dog. A great best friend I wouldn't mind reading about. (hint hint) A crazy mom. A group of weird old ladies. :)
For the Cons: Chace was having sex with like everybody and it didn't seem to phase Lindsay one bit. I mean, if a guy I haven't seen in a year since we had mind blowing sex and I had possibly fallen for him, shows up being an ass and then kisses the hell out of me, and then takes some chic to his house, I don't see myself being so neighborly to him, ya know! I didn't like how she just kinda let him off the hook and said yeah, come on in lets make up after you broke my heart and ignored me for a couple months... Maybe I hold grudges....
Back to the Pros though, I did like the ending and the epilogue. Even if the few pages before irked me, I'm a sucker for a HEA and so overall I liked the book. It was a little short, only took me a few hours to read, but on a rainy lazy day it was exactly what I needed!
I'll say its worth a solid 3.75 ★'s and I'd definitely check out this authors other books!

I thought the story was ok. The part of the book I didnt like was how Chace was having sex with all these girls then rushing back to Lindsay and it was never an issue I mean he has a girl out in the car waiting for him and he is in Lindsays house kissing Lindsay. I mean its not realistic that a woman wouldnt at least question the fact he is banging these girls when he comes running back to Lindsay. It just wasnt realistic I guess if you took out the fact he was kind of trampy the story would have been a bit better.

Really enjoyable but I feel like it just ends. I did like the love story and all but I felt it was lacking something but I would suggest it as a quick read.

Awww cute!
I really liked Lindsay. She was a smart, brave woman and also sweet and lovely.
I also liked Bo a lot. Wouldn't be bad to have a book about him. Or there is it already? Must go and check.
I had mixed feelings about Chace. I liked the 'Chace' Lindsay met on the internet and talked on the phone for weeks and spent the day and night with. But most of the time I wanted to punch the 'Chace' he'd become after that weekend. Stupid, stubborn, infuriating jerk. But I also liked how he was protective of Lindsay and I knew he cared. But he was just to blind and stupid and stubborn to not see that he needed her in his life.
The story was cute and I was glad there wasn't much drama and jealousy like in some other books of this genre. Glad also that it was a fast read.
All in all, a nice book.

Lindsay Benson has just bought her dream house. Little does she know her happiness about to go up in smoke, not literally. The guy who broke her heart one night long time ago is her next door neighbor.
I love a story where two lovers come back to each other. Now I was promised a dark secret, one that was kept Chace and Lindsay apart. The dark secret wasn't so dark. I was more than a little let down. The story seemed to be over so fast and I wanted more, but I was hoping for something more than what I got.

Heroine was stupid I would have never forgiven the shit the Hero put her through she stupid for taking him back in the end like nothing had happen.

This is such a cute book! Great and different story! Awesome ending! There were quite a few mistakes in the book with spellings apart from that worth every star!

I really liked Chace and Lindsey their story was fun. Not a very long story but it was to the point and you could really follow along with the characters as they worked it out.
