[Siren Ménage Everlasting: Erotic Paranormal Cowboy Ménage a Quatre Romance, M/F/M/M, werewolves, light bondage, spanking, HEA]
When Sandy Hamilton accepts a bet to pick up the first man to walk into Milly’s Coffee Spot, she never imagines three men would walk in at the same time. Picking up one man is hard enough for Sandy, but picking up three hotter-than-hell men is going way beyond her comfort zone. But she has no choice. She has to put up or shut up if she’s ever going to get her sexpot friend to back off.
Luke Braxton, his cousin Will, and their friend, Mark Colter, recognize their future mate the first minute they set eyes on her. She’s everything they’ve dreamed of, but she’s not alone. Getting around one girlfriend is easy, but getting around her green-eyed treacherous friend puts them on guard.
Can they convince Sandy to become their mate and accept a lifetime of love and midnight runs? Or will she bolt for good?
This is book 2 of the series which, as of 3/8/14, includes 12 books. A spin-off series, Werebears of Shatland, Texas is coming in March, 2014.
Jane Jamison has always liked “weird stuff” as her mother called it. From an early age she was fascinated with stories about werewolves, vampires, space, aliens and whatever was hiding in her bedroom closet. (To this day, she still swears she can hear growls and moans whenever the lights are out.)
Born under the sign of Scorpio meant Jane was destined to be very sensual. Some would say she was (and remains) down right sexual. Then one day she put her two favorite things together on paper and found her true ambition: to be an erotica paranormal romance author.
Jane spends at least six days a week locked in her office surrounded by the characters she loves. Her plans include taking care of her loving husband and terrific daughter, traveling, and writing at least twelve books a year.
Didn't like this story much. There were too many inconsistencies. First she is almost virgin like and then she is like a nympho. She also says she is milk intolerant but when she has something with milk in it she only vomits. Believe me, she would be doing more than that. Also, she has no problem eating lasagna. Doesn't that have lots of cheese that would make her sick? And finally, why didn't the guys want to tell her what her "friend" had done?
I like this series a lot. The wolves are searching for their mates. In this story, Luke, Mark, and Will find Sandy. Unfortunately, they have to deal with a jealous friend of Sandy's who has an attitude problem. Will go on to read other books in the series.
This is my favorite Jane Jamison book so far. I have only read the first three of this series so I expect there to be many more that challenge this but I really enjoyed this one.
I liked Sandy and her friend Celia but Danielle was a piece of work. You've heard of a wolf in sheep's clothing - she was a viper in designer duds paid for by her Daddy "Mr. Juniper Monson of Monson Oil". But as bad as she was I will admit she did play an important role in getting Sandy into Forever and making sure she met and stayed with the men. For that I tolerate her (just barely). If she hadn't bet Sandy that she would seduce the next man that walked through the diner door, Sandy would not have been so willing to open herself up to the men and their offers to spend more time with her and she might have been too scared to listen to that little voice in her head that encouraged her to go for all three!
The men in this story grew up as friends and were as close as brothers although there are not familial ties between all three; however, we do not see any sexual interest in any of the men for anyone except for Sandy. And when they do concentrate on her *wowza woohoo hot damn baby she is a lucky woman*! Three alpha males who share well with each other - very nicely done.
In an effort to get her friend off her beck, Sandy Hamilton impulsively agrees to a bet where she will have to try and succeed in picking up the first man who walks through the door. Sandy has not always been lucky, and it looks as if her luck has not changed, when three of the most stunning men she has seen walk through the door at the same time.
Luke, Will and Mark knew they scented their mate and what a heavenly sight they have before them. Wanting to spending more time with her, they charm her friends into a fun day only to be met with one jealous and manipulative woman, who seems to be doing intent on making Sandy look bad. After their plan to get her to leave backfires, the mating pull is quickly upon them, but now they have to convince Sandy that she is meant to be theirs.
I liked aspects of this story, I thought the way the men met her was charming. Kind of fluffy, there were some mixes in the way that Sandy asked and all three men are into kink which she just readily accepts, without question but it doesn't add up to how she was in the beginning.
Yummy, Hot and Heavy, Steamy read!!! Such a sexy book!! I love a hunky shifters!!! The story could have been better but overall an enjoyable read!
Oh, and I love a delicious paranormal menage!! The more the merrier!! Once they get into the steamy action things move along rather quickly. I would have liked a bit more build to make feeling believable.
There is just something about this series that keeps drawing me into each book. I hope it gets better with time. It is a really promising concept.
Sandy has 2 friends, 1 that is lovely (Celia) and 1 that loves herself more than anyone else (Daniella). So sparks will fly when Sandy accepts a bet and in walk Luke, Will and Mark, who make a bee line of Sandy. Sandy feels an instant attraction to the men ans accepts an offer of a horse ride at their farm. Once there she has to cope with their attraction to her and the jealousy from Daniella who is not used to being ignored by men. Loved the way book 1 was incorporated into this book without taking anything away from these characters. I an defiantly Wild for Wolves.
K, it was cute but I wanted to slap Daniella shitless. She was a jealous whore and really ticked me off. Who needs enemies when you have friends like her.
I enjoyed this one. Well written. If you enjoy reading shapeshifter menage and romance then you will love this series. Just wish it was longer. Could not stand Daniella.
