I don't know how much it helped with my final, but I can pretty much credit my almost perfect midterm score (and my highest grade of all my classes) on reading this in the week leading up to the midterm. This is a very good Contract Law book. Covers history, Uniform Commercial Code and case Law.
Reading is sometimes dry and boring but covers subject matter well. Sometimes interesting real cases.

This is the best supplement to contract law I've read. Even better than the CP hornbook.
