This book would be a cute train read. Even though it offered some conflicting advice ("eat a banana when you feel hungry!" "avoid bananas and grapes because they have too much sugar."), most tidbits are pretty good and quick enough to use in everyday life.
I absolutely loved this book! It was a simple and quick read and read like a magazine so I could stop and pick it back up anywhere and could read snippets while waiting at the doctor's office or on break at work or even during commercials of my favorite shows! The advice given in this book is amazing and cover several bases. There's so many things that I never thought of, or even knew. What's best about it is the universality of it - it's not just for women in their 20's. Young women graduating highschool and going to college could utilize the advice, as well as older women, when it comes to cleaning, organizing, or finding love again. The only drawbacks I saw in this book were that some things were repeated and there were a few grammar mistakes; but all in all even the humorous voice in reading the tips and tricks prevailed. Life didn't come with an instruction book, but this gem came pretty dang close!
