Julie and Carlos are investigating strange happenings in town that seem to be centered around the orphanage. One of the first things they see is what appears to be a ghost (even though Julie and Carlos don't believe in ghosts). Then they uncover a secret workhouse where workers are forced to smuggle items hidden in other products to buyers across the Mexican border. This was a very good mystery.
