"Walking in Victory is full of insightful illustrations that bring the deep theological doctrines of Romans 5-8 down to a very understandable and practical level. This book is long overdue!" Jim Falkenberg, International President, Bible Literature International Walking in Victory is the ultimate guide to understanding the premiere passage on grace in the New Testament-- Romans 5 through 8. What we do arises out of what we are. So who are you? If we can believe God's word, you are a new creature in Christ--already alive from the dead and as close to God as you could possibly be. But do you really believe that? If you did, you would be experiencing the joy and victory God intends for you.

“McCallum has written a lucid, no-nonsense primer on this subject. Walking in Victory is a must read for new and older believers alike.” -- Donald K. Wood, MD, President, Christian Medical and Dental Society
THis book was excellent I highly recommend. Basically, it’s about having the right perspective on life in our walk with God. So often we live in defeat and depression over our sin, which, (no way) God forgave already! Walk in victory. Having the same perspective on both ourselves and the world as God does really makes you more successful as a Christian.
So many believers in Christ struggle with the concepts of law and grace in their daily lives. Too many wonder why they can’t seem to experience victory over sin. Though we understand that we are saved by grace alone, we often have a tendency to try to live by the law. “Walking In Victory” is an excellent guide to understanding the principal scriptural passage on grace and law found in Romans 5-8. McCallum offers fresh insights into the sanctification process. In his book, McCallum helps us understand the importance of our position in Christ. If we believe in Christ, we are new creatures, already alive from the dead. If we truly understand that, we can experience the joy and victory that God intends for us. McCallum also shows us how we can have a deeper relationship with Christ through prayer, Bible study, Christian service, and fellowship. He brings the deep theological truths of Romans 5-8 down to a very understandable and practical level that makes his book suitable for both new and old believers.
The book is not high prose- but it captures the nuts and bolts of the Romans perspective on the Christian life like few books I have read. Down to earth, instantly applicable. Must read- several times.
Solid consideration of Romans chapter 6-8 with an emphasis of walking by grace in the victory Christ purchased for us. This position is opposed to the legalism that burdens so many Christ followers. His last chapter on Paul's transformation was particularly good.
