Today, with all of the issues both physical and mental we face, I think we'd all be hard pressed to find someone perfectly flawless. Just about anything, at any time of your life can affect your sexuality, and this book addresses just that. Without inhibition, without any awkwardness, and without making you feel like something is wrong. This book is essential for anybody suffering from myriad sexual problems, from impotence to proper masturbation techniques to performance anxiety. Examples of the author (a sex therapist)'s past experiences give you proof, rather than just suggestions...and that can speak volumes to somebody who feels they are isolated, as people suffering from any sexual problem often do.

This is a rare book in that it is not all theory and 'go find a sexual surragate' and it is not all 'Johnson & Johnson says...' There are practical exercises for helping to re-open and revisit the idea of physical intimacy for the reader.
