A very fun glimpse into UK lesbian culture of the 90s. Some real depth of writing and criticism! Also super interesting to look into political Blackness of that era, and even the white writers in this collection made a conscious effort to center Black experiences which was a welcome surprise. Felt very modern, fun, and diverse, and indeed reflected so many lesbian questions which endure today ! :)
