A really comprehensive guide to dog-friendly places in California. The only drawback: the listings are by county, so you kind of need to know the state's geography.

This book has led us on many adventures to new places and proven useful on many occasions. If you love your dog and love to explore new places I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
