In honour of the final series of Desperate Housewives I finally got round to reading this, the book of the first season. It was a much more interesting read than I expected, and not that dated since pretty much all the same main cast are there 8 years later. The original pilot script was pretty cool too.
this is the show of my LIFE.. it inspires me everyday .. i watched it while i am DESPERATE in my real life but it changed the way i looked to my life experience.. this show helped me defining my life
3 ⭐️ Love the show so much that I had to read this book. I wish it had been a full 7 seasons. Because the book only summarizes a few facts about the first season, but it was still nice to have more information about the series.
This book did a great job giving details about the first season of Desperate Housewives, though I do wish the book had been done about the show overall. If you want fun facts about season one or you don't have time to watch season one, this book is pretty interesting
This is my favorite TV show of all time so immediately it gets a 5/5. I think this is a must have if you’re a huge fan of the show like I am because it goes in DEPTH. There are things in here you can’t find online. And it’s just so beautiful on the eyes too with lots of photos and graphics. It even goes in on the side characters of Season 1 and there’s a spread for each episode. There’s also the original pilot script, a little bit about the opening theme, the writing of DH, and information about the husbands, kids, and of course the housewives!!
