the magical word that can truly change your whole life is "ART" !!!
seriously can't live without it!
it provides 40 enlightning art exercises for freeing your subconscious, coping with life's challenges, and discovering YOU!!
to all of us students in training, kindergarten teachers and everyone else. if you could get hold of a copy from pioneer house library located in alshola center or you know somebody who owns a copy, then I will certainly recommend you read it!

I don't even know how to describe it. First thing, right at the beginning they tell you that you don't need any fancy materials, but then through the whole book they want you to use special papers, etc.

The exercises also were a bit on the odd side.
