In a weird coincidence, I learned about Bragg's Amino Acids and then opened this book to find that every recipe contained...Bragg's Amino Acids.

The recipes actually look at least as tasty as anything in Moosewood. I'm really going to try to cook solar soon!

Mostly recipes for cooking with solar. That being said, this had rather nice instructions for building a box cooker. I learned you need a pane of glass the same size of your cardboard which could make this difficult to do now.

includes plans to build a basic cardboard box cooker and recipes. The end of the book also has a few articles, including how to can fruits, and how to solar dry foods.
