This is an excellent read for any corporate finance professional, or non-finance individual looking to understand its function. The book certainly emphasized breadth rather than depth, but is a useful first point of reference on a wide range of topics.

Quite an informative book for any current or future cfo with different background.
One issue though is the targeted audience seems to be the cfo of large or public corporations, who however are typically more sophisticated and experienced, so I'm not sure if they'll find the book that helpful. On the other hand, I don't think quite a lot content is that relevant to cfo of small companies like me.
I need to revisit the book in 1-2 years for sure.
