I won this in a Goodreads Giveaway and it's just the book I needed! I've been thinking about buying disability insurance for awhile now but kept putting it off because I didn't know where to start. This book breaks down the entire process and helps the reader figure out what they should be looking for in a policy. It starts off by laying out some pretty convincing facts about why everyone should have disability insurance. The risk of becoming disabled is actually quite high and the insurance payout from disability would be substantially higher than payout from pretty much any other type of insurance. So in a world where we have insurance for almost everything, it seems silly not to have it for our most precious asset...ourselves! I appreciate that the information in this book is unbiased and that the author gives tips on how to find out ratings of different insurance companies. I will definitely be referencing this book many times as I go though the insurance buying journey.
