Where do I start? This book has gotten me out of some serious jambs. I'm no marine biologist but I can spend hours and HOURS on the beach, walking, crawling, lolling about trying to figure out what everything is. I have boxes and boxes of shells in my house, mostly identified because this amazing little book is my ready reference.

The jambs are in conversations with my better half, who has a knack for asking "Whut's that?" and he expects me to know!

Thanks to this friendly, mostly complete guide, I can usually get him some good information. Yesterday we found a Lion's Mane jellyfish with the head as big as a dinner plate. Of course, my field guide helped us really know about this incredible animal.

Top marks. Great job!
