A really nice, well thought out book. I will be using the built in diary and planner in order to break the vicious cycle I have been in for a long time. It's like a little pocket pick-me-up. Perhaps aimed more towards others who are younger than me...maybe school age, however, I will keep referring back to this one. ...more
