I read this as part of a book study thorough work. I loved how it went in depth with many different ways in which we can embrace technology in the classroom. We are heading to a more digital world, whether you like it or not, so having a book like this to help guide us, is pretty great
Some good tips on integrating technology into the early childhood environment in developmentally appropriate ways. Focuses primarily on pre-school (3-5) aged children. Though, unsurprisingly, it really boils down to being involved with the children while they are playing (with ot without technology) to get the best results, rather than letting them just goof around with no guidance to give context, assistance, question, etc.
Though this book contains some good info about technology and the early childhood classroom, I also found it lacking. Yes, it is a resource book for ideas but many of the ideas are rather vague. I would say it is marginally helpful.
A very vague overview of the types of technology used in schools and the debate behind it. Could maybe be useful for someone who knows very little about different tech based teaching practices.
