I have to say I was disappointed by this book. It tended to ramble quite a bit. Seemed more like the sort of story I should have been able to read online at a fan-fic site rather than something I paid for through Amazon's Kindle store.
Skip this one, save your $$ for something with a little more flesh to it.

I think I set my expectations way too high for this. I'm fairly certain that I enjoyed it; in the same way that I enjoy Syfy movies where a vampire dolphin fights Frankenstein's jellyfish. It is not the worst thing I have read. I'm going to try the sequel and hope.
