Williamson was one of the 6 people present when George Adamski met with an Nordic alien from Venus. During that time he also co-published a book in 1954 with Al Bailey about having contact with extra-terrestials via Ouja boards and ham radio.
In 1951 he worked for William Dudley Pelley's organisation Soulcraft and wrote for its newsletter.
Eventually he joined an organisation called Brotherhood of the Seven Rays.
Pretty average early 1950s alien contactee material. Contact through psychic connection and talking board as well as radiotelegraphy. Lots of early Cold War nuclear paranoia. One of the many early contactee books based in earlier theosophical movements and other esoteric groups. Oh, and a couple wildly inaccurate prophecies, just for fun.
Excellent book, fundamental for the researcher to read this book, it has a lot there and the author may be very "sincere", a lot of the information on this book and also on his more famous book "other tongues" is just fascinating, he anticipated a lot of the dilemmas and the knowledge we have today. The material was collected through telepathy and radio receivers. Great stuff.
Anything by George Hunt Williamson should be required reading in the ET/UFO field, especially this book. 1950s contactees were quite a bit more on the ball than they were given credit for being. I know a lot about this field. But after reading several of Williamson's books, I realize how woefully uninformed I really am.
