If you loved Nancy Drew when you were a child, you will love this book. The author investigates the series from a personal, cultural and psychological perspective. I could relate to several of the first-hand accounts from women who learned about being a strong, independent woman from Nancy Drew. Loved it!

Ugh! A look at Nancy Drew through the eyes of Carl Jung. A thorougly disappointing physological analysis. Sounds like it could have been a Masters' thesis.
