All I want for Christmas is a Demon DOM!
LOL, wow this was one hot read. The story was not only cute but very informative about the BDSM world and about the paranormal world where demons hunt down their own kind when they go rogue in order to keep their existence from the human radar.
The ½ human ½ Air Demon Colin is so hot that he can give a person an organism with just his voice. Holly (human) is so sexually frustrated and horny that she hasn’t been able to find a release - that is until she takes a wild leap and goes to a BDSM secret club that Holly’s friend gives her an invite to.
After one experience with Colin with his commanding voice, Holly finally comes undone and her experiences bring forth a DNA heritage that was dormant within. With the shocking reality that she has a little demon inside as well and with her DNA calling for mating, Colin’s Demon answers the call with some non-stop sexual encounters that will sure to heat you up for your own release.
What you will find in this story is Dominance and Submissive behavior, fingering, sucking and eating, blowing, anal fingering, doggy style, mission style, and lap style romping.
I really enjoyed this book and every time I read a BDSM story I learn something new. During one scene in the BDSM Club, Colin performs a Shibari binding on Holly which is a Japanese Bondage. This type of binding is very artful and so erotically intense that every move brings the Submissive within climax grasp. So Wicked & Freakn’ HOT!

She is subconscious of her curvy body but when her friend leaves her a package and invitation to exclusive La Ceinture Noire, she decides to brave it all hoping to meet that special person. All Colin wants is a sweet little slave for the night. When he spots sweet Holly in red lace lingerie at the club, he knows he has to have a taste. As a Demon hunter, Colin knows anyone drawn into his nightmare world could get hurt or killed and he doesn’t want that for Holly. But there's more to Holly than he suspects.
What a great romance story! COLIN has all the elements I love in a book: Paranormal, D/s, great characters, smoldering heat and adventure. I adore Holly. She so sweet yet so strong and I LOVE her curvy body. I get so tired of reading about perfect skinny chicks so a woman with curves always always a plus in my book. Now for Colin *wipes drool from chin* I’ll take a couple of servings of him. Demon (okay HALF demon) and a Dom… two of my favorite ingredients mixes into one. When he does the Shibari demonstration with Holly, oh man was that erotic. As for his half-demon side, I would have never thought feathery down would be so sexy. I actually re-read that part three times then pause for a mental visual. Now would be the time to mention that cover because my review would not be complete if I didn’t. OH. MY. GOD. Perfection! I must have stared at it a full five minutes before I finally read the blurb. (Pausing now to drool again) Now THAT is a cover! As a representation of Colin, it is missing one thing, feathery down. If you want to know what that means, you’ll have to read the book! Back to the story.
The connection between Colin and Holly was hot and their longings for each other were fairly intense. And the sex, YOWZA! The sex is smoldering hot yet still tastefully written. I know some would call this a BDSM story but I feel it was more of a D/s love story with some kinky rope play thrown into the mix. Thankfully, their story ends with a sweet HEA. This is my second book by Ms. Lorraine and I got to say, I am really enjoying her work. She has a way creating characters and their stories that suck you in and won’t let go. Once I started reading COLIN, there was no putting this book down. Anyone looking for a new author to read will enjoy Evanne Lorraine. I know I will be recommending both her and COLIN as a must read.

Demons who are Dom? Demons running an exclusive BDSM club? How is this not flaming hot? This short steamy story enflamed my arousal. Holly is a quiet woman who receives a present to go to the BDSM club, La Ceinture Noire, for Christmas. Now, Holly doesn’t know anything about demons or even that they exist. All she knows is that her neighbor, Colin, is the rudest and anti-social man. She’s tried various ways to be neighborly which he’s rebuffed sharply each time.
Holly fantasizes about kinky sex, yet her mild vanilla life so far keeps her safe. Debating with herself, she summons courage and uses her Christmas gift. La Ceinture Noire is all she’s hope for and more. Her daring plan was to be auctioned off as a sex slave. Before this could happen, she’s whisked away by a very sex Dom. The bondage scene was HOT! Unable to see her Dom, she has to rely on his silky voice.
The story contains some great BDSM scenes as well as a demon world, hidden from the humans. The way the demons bond as mates reminds me of JR Ward’s Brotherhood series in a roundabout way. Basically, the men mate for life and these demon males are “brothers” fight the rogue demons. That is where the similar ends. I would have liked to learn more about these demons. They seem to have many various ones, similar to Kelly Armstrong’s Otherworld series. I’d like to learn more about the demons. Back to the characters – Colin is a solitary male since he isn’t exactly accept in either world fully. When he falls for Holly, a human, he’s distraught and behaves like a typical man – foolishly. It was kind of endearing watching a big tough guy lose it over a tiny female. Both Colin and Holly were appealing and engaging characters. The one character I want to learn more about is Duec who is part of the council of demon lords. I shiver thinking about how dominant he could be and what powers he may possess. I hope the series will have one book devoted to him. I recommend this fast read to BDSM readers who enjoy a bit of paranormal demon action.

Holly is a spunky relatable character in the fact that she is out of her element. She had never experienced anything like BDSM before but found herself enjoying it as Colin expertly schooled her in the acts. Colin on the other hand was the perfect mix of mystery having a tough guy persona that melts a little when Holly is around.
Bondage and blindfolds can be fun as readers experience it from Holly’s own perspective of not realizing just how much she liked the darker side of life until she becomes practiced with Shibari binding. This story is a stimulating mix of the paranormal demon story blended intricately with BDSM.

I enjoyed this book a great deal. Colin and Holly are made for each other and since it's not a full length novel, one doesn't have to wait forever for them to figure it out. The intimate moments are appropriately steamy. The brief background that Ms. Lorraine gives on the different types of demons and hints of the other paranormals present in this world is very tantalizing and I hope that more stories are written in this world. As a side note, Colin's demon markings are very interesting. I'm not sure that I would have been as immediately accepting of them the same way that Holly was. Of course, if I tasted chocolate every time I put my lips on the man, I'd probably get over my qualms pretty quickly.

This was a very erotic book; an edgy BDSM tale that doesn’t cross the line, it’s great for BDSM lovers and in between readers alike. Colin is sexy and cute as a big bad demon with a tender, loving, protective side, and Holly is the kind of woman most women will relate to on some level. Her nerves, self-doubt, but ultimate core strength made for a heroine with depth to match the hero. The author has woven an exciting story in an interesting, versatile world with heartbreaking twists that bring tears and closure. Overall feeling is this is a very satisfying hot read.
