There were very beautiful kitchens, but they were much too pretentious to be useful. Also more about design elements and less about us doing a real remodel in our very real life.

Now a kitchen is place I feel is the room that a house needs to be built around. I love to cook and bake, so creating food is a passion of mine and it just hits every high I crave and need. I love to eat, I love to make and I love to share what I make.

It is a joyous event when preparing food and making something spectacular.

I enjoyed this book in the way I have where I admire something I can;t have. One day when i get my own kitchen i will have inspirations and I may refer to this book or one like it.
