Though much of the information was great, it was quite difficult reading. Some of the concepts were explained with a little too much verbosity; the author could have gotten points across with far fewer words. However, the concepts F. M. Alexander writes about are important for all human beings to be aware of in order to better reach their optimal "psycho-physical" states.
