I didn't really relate to the first 5 or 6 ideas, then I found some very good advice. Problem is: I think some of these tips are suitable for people who have a lot of free time, or are self-employed, or don't have to spend a lot of time commuting... But still, I'm going to use several of these ideas and try to shape them into my routine
This was actually better than I expected it to be. It didn't have many ideas in it that were new to me, but it did remind me of several things that I often forget to do e.g. drinking lots of water every day. I've highlighted the parts that seemed most interesting, and will look back at them at some stage.
