Today, my father and sister got this book for my mother, as a gift.
I do not think this is a good book for her to be reading.
For one thing, I have no idea what that jumble of letters up there means, and, like most one-year-olds, I don't much care for not knowing what is going on.
For another, if my mother starts learning about computers (and I gather this book has something to do with computers), she might decide to accept employment outside the home. I'm not at all sure I approve of this either.
Pending further review, I was forced to firmly push the cover back into place every time my mother tried to read this book today. After further investigation at such time as my mother leaves this book lying around unattended, I will be able to make a final determination as to this volume's appropriate role in our household.
eta: I have determined that this book does not pose any threat I cannot handle, by means of tearing off half its cover. Cadit quaestio.
