“Live happily, O God's Father!
Take fine perfumes pleasing to your nostrils,
With garlands, lotuses, and berries at your breast,
with your beloved, who is in your heart, happy at your side.
Put singing and music before you;
turn your back on every sadness
Remember only joy
until the coming of that day wherein one moors”

“Happy is he who can fully embrace her—
he is first of all the young lovers!
Just look at her as she walks along,
like that goddess beyond, One alone!”

This is a good, concise selection of Egyptian hymns and poems from various dynasties in a nice translation. The larger collections by Lichtheim are more complete and include tales and wisdom books, but they can be tough sledding at times, and a little Egyptian literature goes a long way. The Tale of Sinuhe (Oxford) is an even better bet.
