a little tough due to style of writing and the need to sift through the slightly sexist/racist choices of examples

Has a textbook feel about it. Those of you expecting to be entertained will be disappointed. Also, bear in mind that the book is written quite a long time ago, so it's a bit outdated (but not obsolete). Was of great use to me.
