Interesting book this is, it outlines a few ways to turn a Lucid Dream into an OBE, and other types of astral projection. There are a number of pages that deal with the arcane aspect of some belief systems, for those sections I just left them in the book. One intriguing method for astral projection the book outlined was to mentally create an artificial element, or empty etheric body across the room, and then place your consciousness in it. The book is filled with such novel techniques that have been known to work for others. I found about 60% of this book is worth reading, the other 40% would have been better left for a text on the philosophy of religion.
Bought this book years ago, and very much enjoyed reading it. Funny how, it was one of the books that I used to hide on my bookshelves when friends came over. Now, I'm listing it proudly on my Goodreads bookshelf which is a lot more public. Times change!
If you have read Astral projection books before, this one brings nothing new to the table really. Yet it is a nice short one to start out on. Some of the information from the author seems odd. An example being when he talks about the 5 chakras of the human body. 7 is the norm, yet each system seems to give its own priorities I guess. But all in all its a good basic book which will lay out the fundamentals to Astral Projection and even touches on Lucid dreaming. Enjoy.
