Sherri picked up her first romance novel when she was twelve and immediately she was hooked. She would stay up reading long after everyone else in her house had gone to bed, needing to see the hero and heroine get their happily ever after. But Sherri never imagined becoming an author.

At the age of thirty, all that changed. After getting frustrated with the direction a television show was taking two of its characters, Sherri decided to try her hand at writing an alternative ending to give the characters the happy ending they deserved.

Since then, writing has become a creative outlet that allows her to explore a wide range of emotions, while having fun taking her characters through all the twists and turns she can create. You can find a current list of all of Sherri’s books and sign up for her newsletter at www.sherrihayesauthor.com.

A lovely little collection of sweet and sexy love stories centred around Christmas time.

I hadn't read Hidden Threat by Sherri Hayes, but her short Christmas story featuring the characters from that book has made me get my hands on a copy. A lovely little epilogue to the story.

Bone Deep and Not the Same Season were spicy and sweet, respectively, with the former being the shortest story in the anthology, and the latter featuring some minor characters from Lindsey Gray's novel Lies Inside, which I might also have to read now.

But my favourite story of the bunch was Jennifer Schmidt's A Christmas Kiss. I LOVE elevator scenes and hot bosses... unf. So now I also have to read Schmidt's novel Last Call. Just as well Christmas is coming and there'll be plenty of holiday time to read!

I thought the stories were great. I really liked Sherri's story. I liked revisiting Cali and Matt from Hidden Threat. Such a sweet story. I would like to read more about them and see how their relationship and life progress together.
