I actually enjoyed reading this book just because it feels like a time capsule for me, I mean I’m reading it almost 10 years after it was published and it is very interesting for me to see how a lot of people (including myself) saw twitter as the future before. Back then tweeting (and I guess until now) is the quickest and shortest way to get news and updates in general and another another way on how to vent out anything towards anyone.

The book is very short and it means well and I think if I read it back then when it was first published I would probably give it 4 stars instead of 3 but there are better books out there on Twitter and unless you are as interesting on twitter as I am I do not think you would really enjoy this book as like what I said there are just better books out there. But still a pretty solid book.

It pretty much reflects what our communication processes have come to. It's interesting to think about this phenomenon as a hard reality rather than a trend, from revolutions to rescuing efforts after natural disasters. I would've skipped the whole celebrity part but I guess you have to be inclusive.

Rather boring. I had hoped that the compilation of tweets would be better curated and more impressively presented. Nope. Not really. It wasn't worth the time it took to wade through it.

This was an amusing look at twitter status updates over the course of 2011.
