I recommend all her books. The only things I don't like is in a lot of books she seems angry, and has a bias towards expensive and natural products. She uses all published peer viewed research, and she explains the science of toxicology, cosmetic chemistry ,and dermatology, and how it effects each other. She explains which reports to believe and all the science of them really good (to me.)
If you want to learn about what ingredients are really toxic to your skin (natural or synthetic) read this book.
If you want to have an understanding of how to buy better products read this book.
If you want to know how chemicals react on your skin read the book.If your against using chemicals and 'synthetic ingredients' don't read this book. This is only my opinion. If you choose to read it enjoy.
