I think this book would appeal to many teens. It's good, straightforward advice on how to believe in yourself and live a satisfying life.

I read the book “Daily Life Strategies for Teens” by Jay McGraw. I think Jay McGraw had many reasons to write this book. I feel like his purpose to write this was to inspire teenagers to push through life, go and achieve their goals, but most importantly live a good life. I think he wanted to inspire teens and help teens with everyday problems and situations all over the world. I recommend this book to anyone, not just teens. It’s an inspiring book and gives you hope for the future. This book s ...more

I read the book The Daily Life Strategies for Teens. The purpose of this book is to make your marinate of the sayings the author, Jay McGraw, has written. They make you think and you live by one saying each day. McGraw makes it clear that he believes you need to live by these quotes and is the reason he wrote this book. Reading a helpful or insightful thought for everyday of the year was interesting! I liked the 'daily life strategies' for the most part. They are all good and helpful things to keep in mind through life and many can apply to anyone. The only thing I didn't like is that some points were repeated over and over in different ways.

Overall, I appreciated the messages within it and the fact that good morals and just improving yourself to truly be a person of the most worth you can be was encouraged.

Um...makes you think every night before bed. But seriously, it's not life-changing or anything.
