What’s the best thing to do with your kids when you’re all stuck inside on a rainy Saturday afternoon? Make your own crafts, of course! Perfect for encouraging your child’s creativity—and your own!— Fun Family Crafts contains more than 50 projects you can choose from for a delightful day of inspiration and imagination.
Once you gather the inexpensive and recycled materials you’ll need, you and your children can make cotton book bags, practical picnic blankets, and a fabulous felt watch. While you handle the hard stuff, your kids can sew button eyes on an owl softie, tie the bows on a kite string, or write the names of the plants in a windowsill herb garden. And the best part is that while you’re working on your projects, you’re also creating memories that you’ll cherish in years to come.
The stunning photographs accompanying each item also make it easy to see your progress. You’ll love the handmade treasures you bring to life with Fun Family Crafts —and so will your kids!
