Not a Living Breathing Document: Reclaiming our Constitution: An Introduction to the Historic Foundations of American Liberty

Rate this book
Our Constitution was not created on a whim and should not be dismissed as dated or irrelevant to modern times. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are the culmination of centuries of hard-won experience. Each block in the foundation of liberty gave us greater protections of our rights. This book presents the 700+ year history that gave us our founding documents and provides the citizen with a solid foundation to trust the contents of those documents.

This is a Non-fiction book that shares the History behind the US Constitution

Ms. Hall uses her knowledge as a Constitutional Lawyer to share how and where the Founding Fathers came up with the document known as the US Constitution.

Sometimes reading History can be tedious. Ms. Hall streamlines the information so that it is easy to read. She even relates it to 'current' events.

This book was a very quick read. KrisAnne does a nice job of making the legal jargon understandable and asking the pertinent question of what allows or prohibits the government from doing this? The book contains a good number of references for you to research on your own as well.
